Pre-Treatment Care

You will be seen by our Endodontist for a new patient triage appointment. She will go through your dental and medical history, examine the tooth with the problem and take radiographs. You may be referred for a CT scan if necessary.

The process of the treatment will be explained to you and consent forms signed.

The endodontist may ask your dentist to do some provisional dental work to stabilise the tooth before root canal treatment is undertaken.

An appointment for treatment will then be made.
